1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MEMIC MI KEYS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the MEMIC MI KEYS studio for personal, non-commercial or commercial music production. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Intellectual Property

The MIDI data generated by our AI from your vocal input belongs entirely to you. You retain all copyright and ownership of the compositions created using our tools. The MEMIC software, AI models, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of MEMIC MI KEYS.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to generate content that violates any laws, infringes on third-party rights, or is intended to harm or harass others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer our AI models or scrape our platform.

5. Disclaimer

The services are provided "as is". MEMIC MI KEYS makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
